Bronx 2 Middle School

Led the 6th grade team at Bronx 2 Middle School to achieve 100% passing on both the NY State ELA and Math Exams. Overall the school achieved 98% passing on the NY State ELA Exam and 100% passing on the NY State Math test, compared to 43% passing in NY State and 28% in NYC DOE school district 9 for grades 5-8. Developed and coached literacy teachers across the school, leading to stellar academic growth in reading and writing for the students.Collaborated with the leadership team to build a strong school culture through parent academic events and academic showcases.

Led a digital transformation within the school with half the classrooms becoming blended learning classrooms, leading to an increase in student learning and engagement.
