Building advanced customizations to Salesforce.com org using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex and JavaScript/ES6.

• Served in client-facing role of Technical Architect for complete installation and customization of “Patient Journey Navigator” SFDC product• Served in role of Developer for multiple customizations or "Patient Journey Navigator" and "Medical Information Cloud" SFDC products.Selected deliverables:• Built entire TIBCO ETL integration with Mavens / Komodo “Patient Journey Navigator” (SFDC) and external sources, including Amazon S3. Solution synchronized pharmacy status updates and copay claims with Salesforce.com• Merged Mavens Salesforce.com org into Komodo Health’s production org: record data, Chatter posts/comments/attachments, Apex code and selected configuration metadata. Impact analysis, planning, design, development (changes to Apex, deployment scripts), test deployments and final deployment.• Designed and built Informatica Cloud (IICS) based solution to synchronize SFDC patient, care plan, pharmacy updates, copay claims, and related data with client’s data aggregation vendor. Presented multiple options to client and vendors to find best fit for all. Wrote all supporting Apex code (batch, utility, tests, etc.) to support integration.• Regularly deployed all team changes (code and config) between development, UAT and production orgs using SFDX, Python and shell scripts.• Created solution to create and deploy thousands of SFDC “custom metadata” records with dependencies to streamline installation process• Built solution to concatenate all “Notes” entered during the lifetime of an Interaction/Case so that they are reportable and auditable in Salesforce.com• Built custom “call center” solution which allows Cisco CTI system to cause a “screen pop” with of new Case and subsequently write IVR survey data to Case.• Designed and built custom UI feature that calls out to another Salesforce.com org to acquire sales rep information based on territory (LWC, Aura, Apex) and display to user with single click.

Assist the delivery team in the role of Technical architect for multiple Salesforce.com implementations for clients in the financial, health care, real estate and energy verticals. Responsible for system architecture, configuration, development and deployment. Specialization in integration with legacy and/or 3rd party systems, UI development and "utility" development (i.e. triggers, scheduled jobs, etc.). Activities include: client-facing interactions, system design, documentation, dev team management, research, building prototype solutions to test feasibility of designs, building standalone middleware to facilitate integrations, hands-on development (UI, scheduled jobs, Apex triggers, controllers, web development and unit test development), troubleshooting and release management.

Build, maintain and install custom data integration solution between Salesforce.com and Right90, a SaaS forecasting tool, for several clients (C#, Apex triggers, Visualforce, Apex). Build a 100% custom PowerCenter plug-in (connector) for use with Informatica Cloud, Salesforce.com and Right90. Also, perform various custom development for clients including native Salesforce.com development/configuration, .NET and Adobe Flex.

Performed hands-on development of B2B web based applications for clients. Designed software architecture to transform outdated, inefficient airline web site into high-availability, cached, database-less content-heavy site (retail airline ticketing information) including custom content management systems, multi-tiered architecture (development, test, multiple staging environments and production). My work included system architecture, prototyping, presenting architecture to CTO and serving as technical lead for in-house development team.

Assist internal team with design, development, deployment and maintenance of advanced, custom content management system for high-availability, high-traffic web site (britannica.com) built on Vignette StoryServer. Work closely with end-users, developers, DBA's and IT resources to build solution that integrates with enterprise systems.
