He credits his success with clients as a Client Advisor to his personal experience of Business Ownership during the last 38 years and being licensed as a Health and Life Insurance Producer for over 20 years. He has concentrated his insurance career on delivering Best in Class Employee Benefits Packages and draws on previous experiences from ownings his own businesses.Todd can walk business owners through the process of selecting an Employee Benefits Packages which serve as a company asset, reducing controllable expenses which impacting the employer's bottom line. Employers while improving employee’s lives when implementing employee benefits packages with Benchmarked plans strategically. Employers benefit by retaining the best available employee talent pools and having lowered impact to Work Comp with better at work productivity from hired employee pools. Some of Todd’s major goals are to deliver better group health education to the client’s employees and provide more effective access to all core and ancillary insurance products offered in their company’s EB Package. Employers make a significant investment in their Employee Benefits Packages and the employee needs to perceive that value and use the benefits offered. Todd understands the value of Advising Clients about a robust yet selectively modeled Group Health Benefits Package.Todd has owned and operated multiple businesses in Las Vegas, been active in organizations i.e., CCAHU (Clark County Association of Health Underwriters) and the National Organization NAHU (National Association Health Underwriters). He has and will continue to lobby the Nevada State Legislature with Nevada Agents to protect personal lines and commercial lines rates.He has been on Charitable Boards with organizations like The States Cultural Arts Board, dba Super Summer and is an active member in his church, Faith Community Lutheran in Las Vegas, NV.Todd current also is COO of ARF-NV-UNO, INC. ARF-NV-UNO, Inc was formed for the sole purpose of funding a new 501c-3 Corp, FMS Inc. FMS’s mission statement is to significantly change lives for first generation Americans in underserved neighborhoods. Todd maintains his primary residency in Las Vegas Nevada but also has property in Seattle, Washington. He has been an avid golf and powersport enthusiast. He currently enjoys being a Harley Davidson owner and frequenting Las Vegas biker friendly establishments and touring western states highways and byways on a Harley Tri-Glide with his soon be wife, Lorraine.
