Executive Vice President / Chief Lending Officer I am responsible for soliciting negotiating, underwriting and coordinating the closing of major and complex consumer, residential, equipment and commercial loans. Provide leadership, training and support to other loan officers and other staff members to ensure that policy is adhered to and that goals are obtained. Key role in communicating with customers in order to give full service, promote bank products and build lasting relationships with First Commercial Bank. Responsible for setting the banks loan and deposit rates. I serve as the banks CRA Officer. I also served as the banks Compliance Officer and Information Security Officer for 14+ years. Serve on the banks IT, Audit, and Alco Committees as well as Directors loan committee and provide input at Board of Directors meetings.
