Lead and manage the procurement discipline of an Alcatel divestiture manufacturing data communications wire and cable products in copper and fiber optic with 3 North American locations of operations. A leadership position Reporting to the Vice President of Procurement.Autonomous responsibility for Physical Plant management, Safety, Federal and state environmental compliance management in addition to all Capital and non-raw materials purchases of goods and services as required, in support of daily operations with direct and indirect reports. Managed Plant Safety programs and training to achieve safety and operations improvement with focus on behavioral based techniques and ergonomics and work environmental assessments. Managed third party supply agreements and partnerships of finished product private label production sourced domestically and off shore. Key team member in business consolidations efforts to close a physical plant and relocate production equipment and existing physical plant expansion of existing locations and redesign efforts to support capacity expansion and integrations.

Managed supply of biologic raw materials from off shore sources, quality and logistics required for chemical agent manufacturing with lead times in excess of 14 weeks to maintain continuous and uninterrupted manufacturing and customer response. Lead procurement effort to integrate an acquisition business with related specialized product line into existing operations location without manufacturing and customer interruption.
