The Corporate Account Manager's main mission is to manage business relationships within specific national accounts as assigned in order to sustainably achieve high performance in terms of customer satisfaction, revenue and profitability.

As the Sr. Manager, Technical Applications and Deployment - Healthcare Solutions and Services (HISS), Todd is responsible for the development, deployment and support of the Analytics platform and all other third party IT services supporting the clinical business in the Americas Region, with primary focus within the US Clinical market. He leads a team of 8 assigned employees within the technical segment of the Healthcare Information Solutions & Services Department. Proactive collaboration with both internal and external customer teams to design and deploy our IT Solutions and Application services utilizing proven technologies, domain expertise, and project management methodologies to deliver successful installations of Analytics and Middleware solutions in complex scenarios. Utilization of advanced problem-solving and communication skills, while leading a core team of experienced individuals with high technical knowledge of Integration Services, Application Management, middleware requirements and limitations, including project management tools. Formalizing and developing new tools, methodologies, and offerings in compliance with the bioMerieux corporate process in order to drive operational efficiencies and execute sustainable commercial success.

The Manager of Application & Integration Services collaborates with both internal and external customer teams to deliver and deploy our IT Solutions and Application services using proven technologies, domain expertise and project management methodologies to ensure successful installations in complex scenarios. This is a high-visibility position since being the the primary contact for key accounts with regards to solutions deployment in large and complex scenarios. Problem-solving skills are key, while utilizing a core team of experienced individuals with technical knowledge of Integration Services, Application Management, Middle-ware requirements & limitations, including project management and issue-tracking tools. Elevating the service level of solutions often include introducing new tools, technology and services. Formalizing and developing those tools, methodologies and offerings to drive efficiency and commercial success is critical for continuous improvement.

The Project Manager, VITEK MS Implementaion, is responsible for the management of corporate reference laboratory implementation and integration of the VITEK MS/Myla technology covering aspects of an optimized microbiology ID/AST workflow and IT solution work-cell. The position includes participation in the development/management of a cross-functional integration plan for high-volume corporate reference laboratory customers. Major areas of responsibility include: -Collaborative design of an optimized (lean) ID/AST workflow for customer’s testing sites-Development and management of the installation plan in conjunction with the Field Service Team-Development and management of a customer training plan (on-site and in-house) in conjunction with the Customer Delight and Field Application team-Manage necessary IT requirements for implementation of Myla and ViLink-Cross functional communication within Commercial Operations -Customer interaction (live and remotely) to execute a mutually agreed upon implementation plan-Drive mutual adherence and accountability to the co-developed VITEK MS integration plan-Ensure successful and sustainable integration of the VITEK MS technology at all customer sitesBusiness Development responsibilities -Assist the CAM in business development activities for VITEK MS/VITEK 2/Myla Workflow Consulting, and IT Solutions for large commercial labs-Understand/shape customer requirements into bioMerieux deliverable solutions-Support the continuous improvement/execution of bioMerieux commercial processes to deliver products/services in a customer centric approachClient engagement responsibilities- Manage customer expectations and develop strategic implementation plan with mutual collaboration for new technology investments (VITEK MS/Myla)- Manage/assist in delivering Workflow Optimization consulting and IT Solutions projects within specific time constraints- Special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Performance Solutions

The purpose of this position is to provide solution-oriented consultative training, technical support, and troubleshooting at customer sites on bioMerieux's diagnostic product line. Effectively work with customers to achieve efficient implementation and Go Live of new instrumentation. Retain current customer business, while developing and strengthening customer relationships that result in customer loyalty and positive referrals. The Field Application Specialist promotes teamwork and cooperation, removes barriers to productivity, and creates an enthusiastic, positive work environment.1.
