Responsible for creating strong relationships with Business Partners to understand their business goals, objectives, and talent needs in order to best support the sourcing, assessment, and acquisition of top talent. Continuously improve the systems and tools required to fill Security Technologies' and Residential Solutions talent needs in a timely and cost effective manner. Responsible for staffing a workload of 15-25 open requisitions at all times. Comprehensive candidate assessment completed, and quality of hire held to best-in-class standards All candidates clearly understand the value proposition offered by Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies and Residential Solutions business units Sourcing strategies, skills, and methods are optimized resulting from a superior understanding of the current and future trends within the markets, organizations, and technologies in which we do or want to do business Create strong relationships and partnerships with hiring managers, human resources, and supporting third parties in order to align and acquire talent quickly, cost effectively, and with high quality talent Fill Open requisitions in a timely manner (target of <60 days) Targeted average Cost Per Hire of <$6,000 Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and value-added sourcing methods & technologies Responsible for the creation and implementation of a globally standardized Talent Acquisition process Responsible for training Human Resource partners as well as Hiring Managers on the implementation of all new Talent Acquisition processes Conducted several global training sessions, webinars, and presentations with Human Resources representatives from Mexico, Canada, Asia Pacific and Europe Responsible for partnering with Legal department to develop and implement and standardized third party vendor contract
