Starting my career as a classically trained investment banker, I advised middle market companies in transformative transactions including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises and board advisory. I then joined Chloe's at its formation to build an industry leading better-for-you frozen novelty brand from the ground up. Responsible for all operations and finance, I developed and oversee the company's manufacturing network, supply chain, demand planning and R&D as well as sourcing, negotiating and developing the company's license product portfolio, including Disney/Marvel, Viacom/Nickelodeon, La Colombe and Zumba. In addition, I oversee all aspects of finance and reporting as well as developing investor communication and managing our banking relationships.
