This enabled site managers to track delays, anticipate and prepare for disruption of business, and generate more accurate estimates of project timelines. ✔ DEDICATION TO DIVERSITY: I created a Cultural Competency Plan to promote an inclusive culture that would make all employees feel welcome. Not only did the program pass CARF accreditation, but the CARF accreditor asked to adopt the plan at his own organization.
