Responsible for managing the US Department Store Channel of business. Direct responsibility for managing Regional Sales Managers as well as Sales Reps in the US. Drive product, marketing and in-store initiatives for channel. Direct responsibility for channel sales and profitability goals. Also responsible for partnering with merchant teams on Men's, Women's and Youth product line assortments. Function as Product Line Sales Manager for products that are directed to the Department Store channel. Also responsible for managing the sales end of our SRT (Strategic Response Group) that produces exclusives products to our retail partners.
