Leading implementation of a new VMS system (Fieldglass) to replace the current system. System is used for managment of time and expense for NextEra Energy's contingent workforce. The system is interfaced to our SAP system for PO and confirmation creation for services rendered. ERS is utlized in order to generate the Invoice Receipts in SAP for payment to our staffing partners. I also oversee our third party vendor who is the Managed Service Provider (MSP) of our contingent workforce program. The program spend is roughly $200 million a year.
