As a budding architect and ecological designer, Todd began designing and building at ten years of age. He first experimented with solar hot water in 1970 at the age of twelve. Remaining curious, innovative and protective of the earth, Todd has spent the last 30 years designing and building some of California's most beautiful, sustainable and cost-efficient projects - from the many residential works to multi-family projects to the world's first LEED Gold hotel and the renovation and restoration of the nation's greenest and healthiest indoor pool, the historic Richmond Plunge. In addition to his work across many project categories, Todd collaborates with entities to advance sustainable development. In 2012, Todd joined CyberTran International Inc. as the head of planning and architecture for a visionary ultra-light rail transit (ULRT) system. This work entailed the design of the newest generation of vehicle and station design as well as planning out system routes and Transit Oriented Developments (TOD) at the envisioned CyberTran® stations. Most recently, he is partnering with an innovative building system company that will advance the development of affordable multi-family housing nation-wide.Lastly, his construction expertise is called into play not only on his own projects but as a consultant for construction companies engaged to remediate large multi-family project construction and waterproofing issues.
