Supporting partners and clients implementing inriver Product Information Management software. Responsible for:-Assisting partners and clients with building quality data models, taxonomies and requirements documentation that allow clients to see the full benefit of their product information in InRiver PIM.-Train partners to build better data models through Business Consultant Certification Training (InRiver Academy) and on-site development opportunities, as well as organized trainings for Clients to develop their functional understanding of their implementation.-Troubleshoot partner and client issues with their Product Information Management system to ensure a high level of functionality and availability.
