Current• Leads a 46-person, remote working, highly diverse team operating a 24/7 information and referral contact center. 211’s visibility and importance grew significantly from 2021 to 2023 with total contacts increasing by 53% and total calls increasing by 22%. • Supervised the 12-month 211 reaccreditation process with Inform USA, a national organization that sets the gold standard for Information and Referral organizations, resulting in 5-year accreditation for 211.• Led 211 staff in team and culture building through in-person/virtual events, operational improvements, and launching trauma/resiliency training. Year over year 211 staff scores on the nationally respected Great Places to Work survey improved to meet or exceed benchmarks in staff culture, trust, and experience. • Designer and author of United Way’s first Community Needs Index, which triangulated local data, national trends, and lived experience of community members to inform United Way investment strategy, surface unmet needs and provide data for advocacy across the community.• Secured a seven-figure, multi-year agreement with utility companies for a critical medical needs utility assistance program for Kansas City and multiple counties across Western Missouri.• Co-created and managed multiple United Way community investment strategies totaling over $13 million in support for the Kansas City nonprofit ecosystem. ‘• Serves on United Way’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Anti-Racism (IDEA) Committee, which provides learning opportunities, trainings, and internal policy changes to ensure inclusivity and equity across the organization.
