Worked my way up in the company over just 6 months to VP, In a multi million dollar company I built a strong team under me and was able to bring a company in chaos to finally be organized. After developing my team with a leadership approach empowering my workers under me we started having better returns, accountability, and organization. Since working in an executive role My team was able to schedule demos at nearly 600% more then before. Our social network also increased by 400%. The expenses for the company were cut by 15% overall with the same amount of people. I also started a reform of the company on preforming tasks and servicing clients, in conjunction with a new project manager we were able to boost client satisfaction with immediate responses and more detailed SOW’s. In my time there I was able to up-sale 33% of our current clients as well as add new clients. I left ADS because I was being ordered to preform tasks that were in conflict with my belief of a moral & ethical business. I appreciate my time there and the multiple things I have learned and my teams hard work.

Worked in various hospitals & ambulance companies as a Trauma, pediatric, adult, rural, urban, IV team specialist, code teams, critical response teams and specialty team lead as a Paramedic and ER Nurse. I also worked consistently with students teaching individuals and groups. In addition I specialized in Software selection, conversion, and education. I also worked my way up to Team lead, incident lead, & supervisor. I was also consistently on medical bike teams, community outreach and education teams. Using communication skills to coordinate between multiple disciplines for care of clients. Also used critical thinking and adaptability to learn modern approaches to care in ever changing environments with various people.

Teaching and developing people of the respective countries in health, nutrition, and work skills. In Cambodia, lead a team that trained the countries first ambulance operators and helped create continuing training programs to train hospital staff on trauma evaluation and care. Significant time was given towards creating and developing training programs & materials plus coordination people and classes for learning and skill development.

Lead and participated in ALS and BLS care of patients pre-hospitally including all needed aspects of patient care.
