CurrentNANA WorleyParsons provides multi-discipline engineering & design, project management, project controls, procurement & construction management to the Oil & Gas, Power & Mining industries. My primary responsibility is to maintain all engineering & construction content & processes for BP’s Alaska assets including 7 processing facilities, 46 well pads, a central power station, seawater treatment plant & multiple Non-Process facilities & camps with a staff of 13 or less.A major part of this responsibility is providing technical research, support, & training for a broad range of engineers, technician & construction personnel. The information I manage needs to be acquired, indexed, filed, updated, & distributed.In an effort to facilitate improvements in efficiency & effectiveness I have introduced new processes including scanning initiatives, advanced personal training, demobilization, & digitization.In the course of executing my responsibilities, I found my successes directly related to my proficiency in dealing with internal partners, multiple departments, trade contractors, consultants & diverse resources with whom I interfaced.Additionally, I found it worthwhile to develop a set of skills that include excellent interpersonal, organizational & written/oral communication skills with hands-on talents in building trust & persuading decision-making at all levels.
