Managed a team of NOC engineers that monitored the Network via NetCool and other systems. Created Job aides, processes and procedures to ensure we met or KPIs and MTTR for our customers. Worked extensively with NetCool team to de-duplicate alarms and revise alarming parameters to assist us.
