Experienced Operations Director willing and capable of wearing many hats. Starting as a property manager, learning strong accounting skills, being placed in charge of handling company cash & fund allocation, performing entity formation and compliance regarding entity status & taxes, processing payroll and establishing & overseeing benefit programs, and playing a role in workplace & employee oversight have all lead to this wide range of experience and abilities. Anything that I haven't come across and learned along the way is a welcome challenge to grow more.
