Todd has worked with CPR for over 16 years, coming over from his Team Lead position with Picasso Software as a full time employee in 2003. In his position as the Director of Software Development, Todd has overseen the architecture, design and deployment of two major leading CMS platforms centered in the Consumer Credit Counseling industry. As the industry grew and evolved, Todd oversaw the migration from a Visual Basic 6 platform to a hybrid .NET and VB6 to a complete redesign under .NET using Windows Forms, touch-less installation, integrated web technologies and a global reach. The aforementioned platforms run in the varied regulatory, cultural and language environments of the USA, Puerto Rico, UK, Canada and Singapore. The systems support the ability to create custom layouts and custom language , have a plugin API for users to create their own integrated applications, and an architecture that supports a deeply integrated modular design.
