Todd is an electrical engineer with over 35 years of experience designing and managing small and large-scale industrial automation projects in the forest products, power generation, robotics, and commercial aircraft industries. He has a proven record of implementing creative solutions to industrial problems for new and existing systems and has experience with many different hardware and software control architectures. He has been instrumental in creating several sawmill optimizers and works closely with clients to improve recovery, product handling and mill flow. He is also versed in Operations Research and Linear Programming techniques.Todd has experience with most major PLC and AC/DC motor drive manufacturers, including Rockwell Automation, General Electric, Modicon/Schneider Electric, and Automation Direct, as well as SCADA experience with CitectSCADA, FactoryTalk View, iFIX, and Wonderware. In addition, he has training and experience in network engineering and computer science and is proficient in many programming languages, including .NET, C/C++, Java, PHP, HTML, and SQL.Todd earned a Bachelor of Engineering Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Electronics from Keene State College. He has also completed graduate level courses in Computer Science at the University of Maine and has advanced training from leading industrial automation vendors including Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, General Electric, Delta Computer Systems, and LMI Technologies.Todd is a member of IEEE and ASME.
