Led, developed, and executed team vision to provide intelligence that drove and informed cyber defense efforts. Selected accomplishments: • Changed the traditional reactive approach to cyber threat by informing cyber defense and providing grounds for proactive approach to cyber threat intelligence • Led and completed deployment of technology that rapidly decreased the time from receipt to analysis and containment of advanced phishing attempts dramatically reducing overall cyber incidents.

Ensured consistent and active support for multi-agency task force body created by Executive Order 13587 and co-chaired by NCIX and FBI. Task Force addressed creation of assessment, training and information sharing for insider threat program implementation and maintenance in compliance with Executive Order 13587.Selected accomplishments: • Acted as conduit between multiple Intelligence Community and non-IC entities regarding policy and structure of programs that supported law enforcement and counter-intelligence matters issues while remaining sensitive to safety, privacy, and entity culture• Participated in multiple site visits and information exchanges for Insider Threat program development, regulations, and guidelines which assisted in guiding program development at IC, non-IC and Federally funded research and development centers

Provided management and legal support for Government leadership overseeing +/- 50 subject matter experts responding to computer security incidents worldwide. Assisted in security policy development at unclassified, secret, top secret and other security classifications.Selected accomplishments: • Integrated highly technical information and threat issues into easily understandable formats that assisted high level governmental decision-makers in managing risks, programs, and projects• Represented Department of State at CONUS and OCONUS posts; educated, via written and oral presentations, personnel from individual contributors to Ambassadors, regarding cyber threat, risk analysis and safety-oriented mitigation efforts

Served as Lead for Department of State cyber security contract and as consultant to other cyber security projects including Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Assisted with recruitment of new personnel and proposal drafting. Built servers, desktops, and established hardware, software and policies for network security for law firm and 5 title companies.
