Our focus in Electronic Leak Detection and Testing includes Flat Roof/Waterproofing Membranes, Water Mains, Water Features and Slab Leaks utilizing non-invasive state-of-the-art technology such as Electric Field Vector Mapping (EFVM - low voltage testing), High Voltage Spark Testing, Infrared Thermography, Electronic Ground Mics, Digital Leak Correlators & Loggers, Pressure Testing Equipment and Tracer-Gas Testing Technology. Infrared Services include: Roof Moisture Surveys, Electrical/Mechanical Inspections, Building Envelope Scans, Photovoltaic Condition Assessment and EBT/Fever Screening Solutions.Private Utility Locating and Concrete Scanning and Imaging focuses on all sub-surface/geophysical surveying including pinpointing and marking out underground utilities which include communication, electric, gas, water, septic and sewer lines. Additionally we locate buried tanks (UST's), voids, burial sites, etc. We identify concrete reinforcement, post-tension cables and any object buried in concrete slabs and walls. We work with contractors, developers, management companies, facility managers, private homeowners, and utility companies to ensure accurate markouts are made before you break ground. We utilize the most advanced technology which includes Ground Penetrating Radar Units (GPR), Concrete Scanners, Electro-Magnetic (EM) Locators and Ferromagnetic (FM) Locators.

As president of MAC my responsibilities included heading up sales, design and day to day operations including the development and operation of our Leak Detection division. MAC was a multi-award winning design/build company specializing in the design and construction of custom residential backyards. Our projects ranged from $10,000 to $1,000,000+ with almost all phases of design and construction done in-house. From concept to completion, masonry decks and patios, outdoor kitchens, fireplaces, natural waterfalls and custom gunite pools were our main featured items.MAC Pool Service division maintained and serviced residential pools on a daily, weekly, monthly schedule which also included Electronic Leak Detection along with comprehensive Pool Inspections.
