Current position held as Chief Building Engineer for a large commercial banking facilities, of over 500,000 square ft. I have serviced and managed installation of electrical services within Industrial and commercial properties for over 30 years.I have technical training in the field of electrical contracting and troubleshooting and have obtained my journeyman’s license.I also have extensive knowledge of BMS, HVAC and EMS programs, as well as lighting and building automation systems. I also have extensive troubleshooting experience on all these systems.My prior experiences have included full installations and repair work of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC systems for commercial and industrial properties, hospitals and large data centers. I have extensive experience in managing and estimating projects with a solid track record of great profit margins.I was also involved in my community, where I served as a captain of the fire department. I have 27 years of fire service and have extensive training in all fields of fire service and as a first responder.
