Inside Sales Representative
CurrentI am an inside sales associate, I work with an outside salesman quoting, ordering stock material and special order material, send PO's to our vendors, scheduling dates and times with dispatch to make sure our customers get their material when they need it to complete their work for new job sites and customer remodel jobs.Other duties preformed--Working with walk-in customers, answering emails from customers ordering material, determining the exact material they need and which hardware they need.-Counting the cash drawer, in putting daily credit card receipts into an excel spreadsheet to assure everything balances. -Building customers lumber packs for delivery and will-call and in yard pick-up.-Working in the warehouse pulling hardware.-Checking built lumber packs to assure the right materials and quantities are pulled.
