McDougald Properties LLC is a personal real-estate Investment company, consisting of VRBO/Airbnb Rental Properties.

I began working for Oberley Enterprises to help this family-owned business set up their Bookkeeping and business operations to prepare for growth and expansion. S&J started January 2021 and during its first year of revenue we tripled their forecasted sales objective.

Starting work at Chandlee and Sons in 2015. My first task was to set up an accounting department and build the framework for project administration and management. During the first 6 months, I installed an office manager. project coordinator, two project managers/superintendents. After one year we doubled the company sales. We continued to expand personnel as the company continued to grow and expand. After year two we hired an additional eight employees and doubled sales again over the prior year. We were recognized as one of the fastest growing companies by INC500 while earning the Pacesetter Award by the Atlanta business chronical. We achieved over 500% growth under my leadership.

Merlin Franchise ended. I rebranded as an Independent Automotive Repair Shop. Removing the burden of Franchise rules and royalties allowed us to offer our same great services at a more competitive price. Our mission was to offer our customers along with all of the city of Alpharetta and Milton fairness, honesty with exceptional service. I sold this business in 2017 to focus expansion of Chandlee and Sons Construction.

New construction of our service facility ended in February of 2004. We opened originally as Merlin Muffler and Brake Franchise. In February 2005, the Franchise was rebranded as Merlin 200,000 Mile Shops. We specialized in Automotive Vehicle service andRepair. We offer "The Drive for 200,000" miles, An Easy and Affordable maintenance program, designed to help your car go farther.
