Responsibilities included: product innovation and implementation, relationship management, sales, account management, accounting, finance, budgeting, negotiations, communications, marketing, contract development, litigation, subsidiary oversight (Independent Medical Exam clinic), PPO development, and strategic partnership relationships.

Managed investment portfolios utilizing fundamental and technical analysis as well as skills obtained as a Quantum Portfolio Manager at Prudential Securities. Recruited and trained financial advisors and taught investment classes. Compliance responsibilities for branch office. Researched, wrote, and published annual letter to investors regarding state of the markets, individual company high lights, and recommendations. Created a buy and sell recommendation decision process.
