Todd joined the company in 1998 as Controller of the southwest division, located in Dallas. In 1999 he was promoted to Divisional Chief Financial Officer. Today, Todd serves as Corporate Vice President and Controller, overseeing several top corporate initiatives including company mergers, acquisitions, and integrations. In addition, he is actively involved in the company's financial and strategic planning efforts.During Todd's tenure with the company, he has managed the centralization and standardization of several key financial processes to a shared services environment in Dallas. From 2007-2010 he successfully managed several systems conversions including moving to a new company-wide ERP system. During this time he also managed the systems and functional integrations of two merged sister companies and a new acquisition. Most recently, Todd has served as acquisition manager of the Howard S. Wright acquisition. Here he managed the due diligence process, was heavily involved in the purchase, and is now managing the integration of HSW, focusing on business synergies, cultural lnikage, and functional enablers.Todd received a B.A. in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin. He is a long-time member of the Construction Financial Management Association, an Associate Board Member of SMU's Cox School of Business, and is a Board Member of Dallas Summer Musicals
