Managed the operations of a $1.2 billion asset management and servicing platform based in Minneapolis, Minnesota overseeing a FDIC contract related to failed community banks consisting of performing and non-performing commercial loans and REO assets held by over 400 community and regional participant banks located throughout the U.S. Recruited in 2010 as a member of a management team that successfully formed a rated special servicing platform known as ZAIS Servicing Asset Management, LLC. (name subsequently changed to GGR Servicing Asset Management, which became the predecessor in interest to Presidium Asset Solutions).

Provided senior leadership serving as an intermediary/advocate for commercial real estate borrowers negotiating loan modifications, waivers, amendments and assumptions involving primarily securitized CMBS loans.

Covered territory in the United States and Mexico for all commercial loan product offerings including master/primary/special servicing, workout asset management services, and due diligence.

Managed the Asset Management division of the organization responsible for Prudential Mortgage Capital Corporation’s general account, capital markets, Fannie Mae, FHA and 3rd party portfolios totaling $49.0 billion.
