I have been a Realtor for over 10 years in the Orlando, Florida area and have worked the transactions for many buyers and sellers over the years. I also have sold numerous HUD properties and foreclosed and distressed homes. I am also an investor in multifamily properties and rental homes.I belong to ORRA (Orlando Regional Realtors Association) and I am a supporter of VAREP (Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals) which is a HUD-approved housing counseling organization dedicated to increasing sustainable homeownership, financial-literacy education, VA loan awareness, and economic opportunity for the active-military and veteran communities. I also belong to GOREIA (Greater Orlando Real Estate Investors Association)As a Realtor I have always worked to make the buyer and seller happy by: answering all questions, educating the customer, getting back to them promptly, helping them to get qualified, showing them how to get their home ready for the market, and informing them how to get the best price for their property.I am a veteran of the U.S. Navy and served on board the U.S.S. Enterprise where I served my country and saw a lot of the world. I am also an avid sports fan who loves the Miami Dolphins, Miami Hurricanes, and Atlanta Braves. I love to watch sports, SCUBA dive, Travel the world and play poker. I have a beautiful, loving , supportive girlfriend named Pam and my faithful, furry, friends Hercules and Lu. All of whom I love very much and who mean the world to me. Charity is important to me so I give to AMVETS, The Wounded Warrior Project and other various charities.
