Led an emerging and important Category for Hexo. Managed the successful launch of the first legal hash in Canada, followed by line extensions OS Hash 20 and OS Hash 30. Uniquely suited for the role as I also helped to formulate and approve the final products for market. Maintained Hexo's number 1 position at SQDC for extended periods of time by prioritizing QC-based Hash products. Led a trim depletion project utilizing ~30 tons of trim to create Hash products. From the moment I learned the art of chocolate from certified pastry chef, Kay Wong I have been enthralled by the marriage of chocolate and cannabis. For too long, cannabis consumers were faced with subpar experiences. It has been my mission to change the way canna-chocolate is done. Since 2016, when I created The Canna Chocolatier, I have used premium products and flavours to develop cannabis-infused chocolates for refined palates. As a long-time medical cannabis client, my interest in edibles has been a personal journey with the goal of helping others consume their medicine in a discreet and smoke-free way. Selected to provide management of entire system and network infrastructure including maintaining and updating POS Systems at over 1500 locations worldwide. Led the implementation of sales force and migrated in house exchange server to office 365. End-user support for both remote and local users. Managed over 10 Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2003 physical and virtualized servers and Windows 7 and 8 clients. Completed comprehensive documentation of entire organization.
