In his role at Ninti One Limited Pty Ltd, Todd leads the integration of First Nations perspectives into the Preschool Outcomes Measure (POM), ensuring cultural appropriateness and inclusivity. His work also extends to evaluating Department of Education's five Closing the Gap initiatives. Additionally, Todd serves on the board of UnitingCare Kippax, contributing to community-focused education, employment, and child and family development initiatives. With over 15 years of experience spanning the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities within these domains.
