I have attained qualifications in government, business, training and assessing and coaching. I am also a Certified Learning Professional (Master Facilitator). Tested and accredited by the Australian Institute of Learning Professionals for my skills and contribution to the vocational education and training industry.With interests in neuroscience and psychology, I use these principles to facilitate and coach small business owners on how the quality of their interactions can form long-term relationships with customers and more productive working relationships with staff and contractors.
