Current• Provide comprehensive technical support for desktops, networks, and point-of-sale (POS) systems to a network of 100 stores across the nation.• Conduct routine training sessions for office employees during the rollout of new platforms, ensuring proficiency in new software across the company.• Maintain regular maintenance and updates for all office laptops, desktops, and servers.• Collaborate with franchisees to enhance their store's technological presence for business growth.• Monitor server event logs, performance metrics, and ensure nightly server backups. • Ensure the reliable and secure operation of servers, workstations, and network devices. • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and ensure licensing compliance. • Lead system upgrades and migrations, minimizing disruptions and ensuring data integrity.
