Regional Turnaround Manager in the Corporate Center of Excellence representing ~$1B USD annual turnaround spend. My regional line of sight included 4 manufacturing facilities in Oregon and Georgia with annual turnaround expense/capital spend of ~150MM USD. In this role, I supported site leadership in the development of turnaround organizations, standardization of turnaround processes, and definition of clear work streams for Operations and Maintenance in the turnaround space. Selected Accomplishments and Responsibilities:Responsible for the development and utilization of the first P6 turnaround schedule at the company in support of the Cedar Springs GA $80MM total complex turnaround. Improved overall cost forecasting and provided accurate estimate to completion dates for the business to communicate product availability to customers.

Responsible for turnaround project safety, planning, and execution for the Industrial Gas business segment in the U.S. and Canada with annual P&L impact of ~$200MM.Selected Accomplishments and Responsibilities:• Direct report to the Corporate Director of Projects and Turnarounds.• Team leader for contract and direct employees executing medium to large turnaround events ($5MM - $60MM). • Developed turnaround financial reporting process that improved cost transparency and reduced information churn in the organization.• Delivered improvements in all turnaround KPI categories for FY20 and FY21 • Initiated multiple process improvements and have driven those improvements to full implementation in the global turnaround organization including development of a turnaround procedure library. • Developed 2-year strategic resource look ahead to aide in identifying stretch opportunities.• Mentored junior Engineers and Project Managers to help them succeed in their current roles and achieve long term career goals.
