Sr. Vice President, Industrial Business Unit. In this role I serve as a key executive in our companies Advance Industrial/Manufacturing Business Unit. I have the responsibility for working with the team to quickly grow the companies’ businesses in the developer led spec and BTS market, manufacturing, automotive, advanced manufacturing, semi¬ conductor, and technology space locally, regionally, and throughout the country. In addition, I was tasked with helping grow the companies’ industrial business in newer markets such as Phoenix. As such, I worked to build new client relationships, find and win new opportunities, and oversee as the "executive in charge", a variety of large complex projects; manage the owner relationship, and oversee project delivery teams. Success was measured by winning the business and keeping our clients happy, profitable delivery, developing new customer relationships and new business for our integrated platform, and helping to build a "best in class" team by mentoring and recruiting the brightest in the business.Specifically, in this role I was tasked with: Strategic Plan Development and Execution, Sales and Profit Planning, Branding and Marketing, New and Existing Client Relationships, Leading Pursuits and Presentations, Playing a Lead/Key Role in Project Pursuits, Facilitating the Development of Creative Solutions to Address our Client's Challenges and Secure the Business, Contract Negotiation, Risk Analysis, Project Execution Planning, Employee Recruitment and Retention, and Working with the Operations Teams to Ensure the Customers Satisfied, and Ensuring our Teams have the People and the Tools in Place to Effectively and Safely Execute the Work. Responsible for contractor and all activities on site for single-family, town homes, construction of streets, utilities, and commercial sites.Schedule, monitor, and inspected all work form start to finish.Maintain budgets, process invoices, and control overhead cost.

Run all aspects of large excavation projects from start to completion of punch list.Schedule equipment and workers daily for a verity of projects.Attended weekly progress meeting and keep schedule up to date.

Grade Checker-run project from lay out of clearing to blue topping for finish rock. Complete layout for several commercial buildings and golf courses. Experience inlay out of both the private and public jobs. Figured quantities for haul off and back-fill. Maintained accurate records of all extra work that was completed on the job. Operated GPS and a total station.
