Conduct tax resource management among 7 offices to maximize utilization and drive profitability. Utilize Prostaff software and other tools to manage schedules. Facilitate weekly meetings with partners and managers to schedule resources, forecast future needs and resolve conflicts. Build rapport with client serving professionals to understand skills, experiences and career aspirations. Coordinate with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition regarding resource needs. Participate in regular performance calibration meetings.

Conduct resource management across three offices and remote resources.
