Leading a community of 200+ Finance and IT professionals both Iraqi and expatriate, driving integration through the company and up-skilling of our Iraqi staff. I manage all aspects of annual business planning for Upstream International (UI) in Royal Dutch Shell (RDS) including shorter term Operating Plans and longer term Strategic Plans. My team is responsible for overall co-ordination of framing, building and optimization of UI business plans including interactions with Upstream Americas, Projects & Technology and Downstream and finalization with RDS Group.My key priorities include managing definitions, process, timelines, controls, standards, QA-QC, assurance and coherence of inputs and assumptions around the annual business plan.I am owner of Business One corporate database and One Version of the Truth for forward-looking Upstream planning and portfolio data.
