GENERAL MANAGER• Hire, educate, motivate, guide and evaluate the performance of the staff• Direct sales people in setting their objectives on short/long term basis• Deal with all customer service issues• Inventory Management maintaining current inventory and reducing aged inventory• Managing Dealership expenses• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by all staff• Manage the relationships between all departments• Establish and maintain a high level of quality and teamwork among departmentsGENERAL CONTRACTOR• Oversee the construction project from start to finish.• Setting up and running meetings.• Determining resources required, tendering contractors and suppliers.• Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting including managing the budget, tracking expenses and minimizing expenses to the project.• Ensure that construction activities move according to schedule.• Devise the project work plans and make revisions as and when need arises.• Communicate effectively with the contractors responsible for completing various phases of the project.• Co-ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers.• Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular/daily basis• Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality and safety standards.• Daily inspection of construction site.• Ensure project documents are complete.
