As the Event and Marketing Manager my job responsibilities was to preform all advertising, events, partnerships and athlete management for the Resort. I worked directly with our creative agency on the look and feel of our print/digital marketing campaign. My responsibilities also include developing our trail map, brochures and billboards from concept to completion. I Directed and Produced a full length Snowboarding Movie titled #Woodworth. I worked directly with our head snowboard park builder on updating the park daily and building custom snow features for private/commercial film shoots and events. I worked with clients such as Nike, GoPro, Monster and Active on both events and partnerships. I would build/post content for our social media channels. I ran all on-hill events with a crew of 30 people under my direction on the day of the event. I also handled all live entertainment bookings for the resort.

My responsibilities included the overall marketing direction for the Alstyle (AAA) brand. Which included all advertising campaigns, photo shoots, location scouting, catalogs, trade shows, care labels and logos. I was in charge of all media buys and advertising budgets. I worked with editors from publications on product placement, press releases and insight on trend forecasting for featured articles. I also handled negotiations/agreements with model and photography agencies for all photo shoots and fittings. I directed product development using in-depth knowledge of vendor landscape and industry insight. I was in charge of all social media outlets. I rebranded Alstyle with a new logo moving the brand away from being known as AAA to Alstyle which it is known as today. I pushed the brand into a 100% tear away label manufacture and brought the Tennessee River and Marina Labels under the Alstyle Brand.

I was responsible for creating the overall brand message to the market. This included all advertising, photo shoots, trade shows, web site, social media, events, models, negotiations and look books from concept to completion. I played a key role in visual merchandising/design and the fit of the apparel collection. I built brand awareness through hands on communication with consumers at off site events and through social media outlets. I analyzed business developments and monitored market trends. Managed all Athletes, Musicians and Actors along with contract negotiations.

I was responsible for directing and managing the surf, skate and snow marketing efforts. I worked with all media outlets on ways to gain brand awareness. I produced print/digital marketing campaigns, product placement, catalogs, web-site content, press releases, photo shoots and trade shows. I also scouted new talent and negotiated contracts and programs for team rider as well as worked with photographers on buy-outs and usage agreements. Handled all events.

I performed all marketing aspects from start to finish. I created the image and identity of the company through advertising, trade shows, press releases, product placement, and in store displays. I handled all media buys and budgets. I worked with celebrities/licensees Nikki Sixx/Motley Crue, Lemmy/Motor Head and Gene Simmons/Kiss on photo shoots, autograph signing's, parties, trade shows and approvals on branding Dragonfly with each of their celebrity image. I worked with over 20 licensees on approvals for all merchandise produced.

I was in charge of the look and feel of the company. I ran all advertising, trade shows, product placements and marketing. I branded Dickies Girl to the action sports industry as a lifestyle brand. I worked with fashion editors and stylist on film, music and television product placements. I worked with Avril Lavigne on product placement that landed on the cover of Rolling Stones Magazine.

I managed team riders, events, promotions, contracts, photo shoots, advertising, media buys and budgets for the snow division. I traveled with the team and coordinated events, photo shoots and meetings worldwide. I spearheaded Quiksilver's mainstream image by balancing it with a core snowboarding presence through team riders, print campaigns, and catalogs as well as working with head designer on technical features and functions on the outerwear line. Booked all travel for team riders.
