Updated and Maintained the Jabil Test code that controls all product testing in the Smith and Nephew Workcell. Implemented lean manufacturing practices by reducing test times, reducing human errors, and automating interactions with test equipment. Responsible for creating, executing, and documenting Installation/Operational Qualifications for Medical products. Created, maintained, and updated documentation including, BOMs, Visual Aids, Work Instructions, Process Deviations, Test Specifications, and Engineering Studies. Participated in internal and external audits including TUV, UL, and FDA. Re-certified in Bronze Lean Six Sigma.

Updated and Maintained the Jabil Test code that controls all product testing in the Isilon/EMC Workcell. Tested and released new code written by other developers. Worked with the customer to streamline and modify the test environment. Assisted the internal team with daily shop floor system issues. Worked with other departments to design and implement changes that improved process and work flow. Created reports and researched issues to meet Jabil needs as well as Isilon/EMC needs.
