Key Achievements:⇨ Contracted as the sole developer on a significant project for the state’s largest recycling business, Reynolds Recycling. Took over the project after the abrupt departure of the initial developer, completing the central server-based back office system (ASP.net) and finalizing the mobile device application run on Windows Mobile. Once completed, I conducted training and product support and also created related dashboards for their call center. The dashboard design brought home a first-place prize for the company in a contest put on by the software vendor. ⇨ Successfully rolled out 20+ handheld mobile devices for commodity recycling, enabling their collection sites to track and report daily transactions. This increased productivity by 35% and accuracy improvements of over 50%.
