I am a 20+ year veteran of commercial real estate and a grateful contributor on several successful, and equal parts challenging, projects and investments across multiple sectors. By the numbers, I’ve held leadership roles in the development and construction of fourteen hotels, twenty-one retail and restaurant properties, eight residential buildings, and one office tower. My background in the disciplines of finance, construction, and deal making have been refined through decades of experience with accepting challenges and driving results. Over my career I’ve excelled in the origination, underwriting, and execution of a wide range development projects across multiple industry sectors. I’ve held roles in ownership for projects ranging from hotels in the $50m range to $1m retail boxes. I have a particular wealth of construction experience with the adaptive re-use of existing buildings, and have also built high-rise towers, medical clean room labs, and student housing during my time in construction. I’ve worked alongside excellent hotel operators (Aparium Hotel Group, Auberge Resorts, Viceroy Hotel Group, Soho House Hotels, Trump Hotels, Mandarin Oriental, Marriott, Morgan Hotel Group) and outstanding tenants (Barney’s NY, Apple, Restoration Hardware (RH), Lululemon, Trader Joe’s, Ralph Lauren, Walgreens). Above all else, I am fortunate and thankful to have been in great company at Aparium Hotel Group, DRW Trading/Convexity Properties, M Development, and Bovis Lend Lease, and to have learned from some of the best to ever do it along the way!
