As a senior member of the software development group, I had a hands-on role helping to bring the company’s robotics solutions to theircustomers. I was responsible for designing and developing data aggregation layers, as well as a variety of task-based data consumers,including user interfaces, implemented with various technologies which will be delivered on a number of platforms. My development projectsrequired the extensive use of Windows technologies including C#, ASP.NET, WPF, WCF, EF, SQL Server, Websockets, JavaScript, jQuery as well as using best practices in memory management and parallel programming while working in an Agile SDLC environment. Additionally, I took an active role in mentoring junior team members.

As a project lead and architect for multiple projects in specialized areas of application programming, I was part of teams working on internal applications, external applications, and customer facing websites. My responsibilities included the analysis and authoring of project requirements, architecture, design, implementation, unit testing, and deployment of applications and projects.Additionally, I was involved with application conversions, researching, evaluating, and implementing new technologies, as well as providing technical consultations to developers in the appropriate use of system resources. I was a high level contributor for multiple projects requiring the usage of .Net and web technologies such as C#, VB.net, ASP.net, ADO.net, XML, SQL, javascript, Jquery, XSL/XSLT, XPath, MVC, and REST using WCF. Application deployment responsibilities included the administration and configuration of IIS web servers and SQL/mySQL servers for hosting application websites.

As Contract Lead for the Data Migration group, I was responsible for the migration of legacy software to the new system architecture. UsingC++, XML, and the Microsoft DOM, the software accepted news data content and parsed the information into industry standard NITF XMLwhich was stored in a central Oracle database. I was also responsible for software design documentation and application design as well ascustomer interaction.

As part of the Business Solutions group, was responsible for designing and delivering custom solutions based on the Groove applicationplatform using a combination of COM, C++, Javascript, Visual Basic, XML, and other technologies. Led multiple development teams todeliver both prototypes and products to meet customer requirements. Extensive communication through on-site visits with customers wasrequired to help design and deploy solutions.
