Qualifications:Experience in designing market-driving products based on real-life customer requirements:Current Product sold 120% of projected target once available for market, with an annual growth of 28%.Ability to develop rapport quickly and easily with potential customers; able to decipher the requirements that will enable customer success and convert those requirements into product features:Excellent customer references for technical support and problem resolution; Extensive experience supporting the sales team and providing knowledge/expertise that closes the sale; Experience authoring marketing publications (not just providing content) including user guides and product/solution data sheets;Participated in the creation of a product video• Prior to taking on a Technical Product Manager role, worked as a developer and team lead developer responsible for implementing engineering change orders, monitoring cost and recommending development efficiencies and optimizations; Extensive experience in a technical environment, delivering product demonstrations and identifying potential partners for bundled solution sales; Experience gathering market intelligence in an international environment;Experience in developing and taking to market end-to-end solutions (from hardware servers to feature-rich software add-ons).Skills:Ability to understand product requirements and translate those quickly into level of effort/resource costs to assess the most marketable features for a specific product line; Ability to use diplomacy and humour to achieve goals and influence the behavior of others; well-known as a practical, reasonable team player;Understanding of the effort required to deliver on required features, stemming from years’ of experience as a technical developer; Extensive technical experience in marketing/communications technology such as MicroSoft Office, Google Docs, Social Media marketing platforms, etc.
