Manage and improve the sales process by hiring and developing high performing, well trained sales professionals. Assess, evaluate and establish programs to increase the quality of sales within the Eastern Division. Partner with recruiting and management teams in developing initiatives to meet staffing needs and work with managers to track on boarding status of sales professionals. Analyze and assess training needs and make recommendations on skill-gap training.
