Held various roles within DBi Services. These roles include project manager, estimator, regional manager, QA/QC, technical writing support and project planning. His experience and expertise in diverse areas was key to the companies growth and transformation. In his latest role he served as the VP of Project Pricing and Strategy and led a team of estimators pricing work across the DBi portfolio of services. He was a key player in business development planning and strategy and developed the companies review and approval process for bid submittals. In addition, he assisted with enhancing client relationships, improving project resource efficiency, product quality and highway safety efforts.

Held various roles of increased responsibility with FDOT, starting as a P.E. Trainee and ending as the District Five Maintenance Engineer where he was responsible the oversight and management all routine roadway maintenance activities for over 2,000 centerline miles in nine East Central Florida counties. Duties and program areas include: the management of $75 million annual maintenance budget; oversight and control of contract maintenance, resurfacing, drainage , bridge inspection and bridge repair work programs; permitting; fleet maintenance; emergency management; coordination with federal, state and local governments and elected officials; corridor management for the Central Florida Rail Corridor (CFRC).
