I wanted something to supplement the training I was already doing and decided Kettlebell training was what I wanted - so that is the focus I have with Todd. Doing Kettlebell movements incorrectly can cause injury pretty easily, so it is really nice to know I don't need to worry about that because we always go back to make sure my fundamentals are in order as we progress.
