As a member of the executive management team, I was responsible to re-design three distinct product lines, built in multiple facilities. Identify and research target market and underserved segments within that area. Working closely with engineering and purchasing, chose components to ensure bill of materials come in at or under budget. Manage communication between production and warranty to identify and remedy quality or performance issues, as well as modify design to promote efficiencies in the plant. Hire train and encourage a sales team of 5 sales people, located both in office and remotely. Define sales targets for each sales representative, after analyzing markets, current penetration and opportunities to expand market presence. Build relationships with suppliers, vendors, dealers and associations.

Recruited to help re-launch the Prowler and Terry nameplates in the US and Canada. Prowler had been the number one selling travel trailer and fifth wheel for many years before the parent company slipped into bankruptcy and ultimately closed its doors. Following the re-launch, I was able to sign a top dealer in each major market, re-instilling confidence in the dealer and salespeople and creating the next chapter in the Prowler story. YOY sales had increased 400% in each of the years I represented Prowler.

Responsible for creating, designing and updating Luxury fifth wheels and travel trailers, while managing a team of sales people and maintaining my own multi-state territory. Carriage, a privately owned manufacturer, was well known for solid construction, upscale amenities and attention to user focused features. Construction was dramatically different to that of our competitors, so "feature /benefit" comparisons were a top priority. I was able to not only grow the dealer base three fold, but able to split different product lines among several dealers in the same market. Therefore, we had a larger footprint and multiple opportunities to sell a customer at several points along their search.

Initially responsible for sales of the Paradise Pointe fifth wheel and travel trailer line throughout the central USA. Based on success, I was promoted to a larger and more desirable territory, representing the product throughout the Northern US and Canada.
