In this role, I joined the leadership team at Exmark responsible for channel strategy and contributing to long-range strategic planning. - Based on my accomplishments at Exmark, I transitioned to the newly acquired Intimidator Group business unit where I have been helping the integration into The Toro Company systems and processes. Besides leading the sales team, I am guiding this organization through change management and serving on the division's leadership team.
