Purchased raw land and obtained needed financing for 10 communities and saw its development through construction and sales of 350 plus units.

Responsible for leading finance and administration for family owned real estate business. Completely restructured back office functions, implementing new systems and controls. Restructured company debt and oversaw internal growth which doubled the revenue of the company from its real estate investments.

Managed all tax related functions for this Fortune 500 wholesale distributor/ supply chain manager for regional grocery chains and independent stores. Acquired by Supervalu, Inc in 1998.

Managed tax related projects under the VP of Tax for publicly traded health care company. Responsibilities included preparing quarterly and annual tax provisions, assisting in acquisition related due diligence, and general federal and state tax planning for network of 200 plus entities covering 30 plus states.
